Four acres of informally laid out beautifully planted gardens, a stream, winding paths, lawns and trained fruit trees. Rare plants and shrubs. Trees, shrubs and hardy perennials for sale, also summer bedding plants, herbs and fruits when in season. Tea room, shop and art gallery. 17th century churchyard planted with many rare and beautiful plants. Interesting self-guided walk.

Useful Information

Disabled access : Wheelchair access to most parts of garden. Paths are mostly gravelled, paved or grass. Stepped areas (including old churchyard) have alternative ramp entries. We also have a wheelchair available. Lots of seats around the gardens, cafe and toilets on site.
Opening Times : 7 days a week, 10am-5pm. (Not Christmas, Boxing or New Years Day)

Admission Prices : Entrance to gardens is £2.50 per person. Under 16s free. Plant and nursery sales area, no charge.
