Mercer Art Gallery

Description

Housed in Harrogate's historic Promenade Rooms building, the Mercer Art Gallery is home to Harrogate Borough Council's collection of Fine Art. The gallery hosts an exciting and diverse exhibition programme, which this year includes Bronte inspired paintings by Victoria Brooklan, the Pastel Society's annual exhibition from the Mall Galleries, London, Utmost Friendly, The Painting Lives of Marianne and Adrian Stokes, late 19th century artist-travellers, and a major show of work by the great Victorian artist, G F Watts. Useful Information

Disabled access : Wheelchair access via the side door. Disabled toilet facilities. The gallery is fitted with a hearing induction loop. Large print and braille information leaflets available on request.
Opening Times : Open Tues-Sat, 10am-5pm, Sunday, 2-5pm. Closed Mondays except Bank Holidays. Closed Monday 5 June- Friday 16 June, December 23, 24, 25 and 26, January 1, 2018.
