John Muir's Birthplace

Description

John Muir was a pioneering conservationist. His life and work has inspired people all over the world and his birthplace has been transformed into a stunning interactive visitor centre. Visitors can find out about his world adventures and travels and learn how to follow in his footsteps. Through out the year there are a variety of events, talks and regular children's drop-ins.

Disabled access : Fully accessible to disabled and has two hearing loops
Opening Times : April - September, Mon - Sat 10am - 5pm, Sun 1pm - 5pm. October - March closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
