SOUTHERN terminus of the Forth Bridge located, on one of the narrowest sections of the Firth of Forth. South Queensferry takes its name from Queen Margaret of Scotland who used a ferry here in the eleventh century. The town looks across the estuary towards North Queensferry in Fife.
