See history come alive at this spacious museum next to the superb walltown crags section of Hadrian's Wall. The museum has reconstructions, life sized figurines , Roman objects, films and much more. An excellent introduction to Hadrian's Wall and the Roman soldiers who garrisoned the forts and milecastles.
