Berwick-upon-Tweed Record Office

Description

The office holds sources for the history of North Northumberland including microfilm copies of census and parish records for the area. It also holds the historic records of Berwick upon Tweed, dating from the 16th century. Microfilm and microfiche readers for family history should be booked in advance, particularly for the St. Catherine's House indexes, 1837-1955 inclusive.
