Description

Large steamers and modern launches sail daily, throughout the year, between Ambleside, Bowness and Lakeside, as well as Island cruises with full commentaries. A variety of tickets available to suit including our very popular all-day option. Combination tickets for other popular attactions offer discounts and are available at time of purchase. This includes Lakeland Motor Museum, the Old Blue Mill, Backbarrow. Additional sailings also run during summer include to the Lake District Visitor Centre (Brockhole), Fell Foot Country Park, Wray Castle, Ferry House and Sunset Cruises. Self-drive motorboats and rowing boats available to hire at Bowness. 2017 also sees the return of the ever-popular Evening Buffet cruise. Running regularly throughout June, July and August. Price includes a two-and-a-half hour cruise, full buffet and onboard entertainment. Ample parking facilities for cars and coaches situated near all main piers. Groups welcomed.
