National Centre for Birds of Prey

The largest collection of these magnificent birds in the north of England; the National Centre for Birds of Prey is set in 10 acres of ancient woodland and rolling parkland. You will see birds from the tiny Burrowing Owls up to the truly gigantic Steller's Sea Eagles. A trained teams of birds flies several times a day (different birds on each demo) - get up close and personal and don't forget your camera! See website for flying times. We also offer Adoptions, Experiences and Winter Owl Evenings. Don't compare us with anywhere else - we are much bigger than you think! Please allow 2-3 hours to see everything
